Select your booth number from the drop down menu, note corner booths are $50 more making them $199, the price will automatically populate depending on the booth you select.  

The booth number you select I will try my very best to give it to you but in rare cases I have to make last minute adjustments or there are tech glitches.  If I can not give you the exact booth you registered for I wi9ll put you as close as possible.  Note this is rare but may happen.

 

Bring on the show under the Big Top - we are looking for unique vendors who cater to that "classic" appeal --- vendors accepted into this juried area of Big Top Vintage Market include : antique home decor and furniture, vintage fashions and accessories, repressed or up-cycled items, junk, shabby chic decor, gypsy style, unique hand-made jewelry, industrial designed items, painted furniture -  and a few more.

******Notes about booth sizes, if you would like a larger booth please select the number of booths you would like.  For example if you would like a 10x20 please select 2 booths next to each other********

 

Bring Your Own Tent Spots:   

Vendor spaces are on a concrete parking lot and taped to show booth boundaries - they are not draped - this is an open air market.  

Vendors are responsible for the merchandising, set up and take down of their own booth and display.  Vendors may and are encouraged to transform their booth - the use of walls, grid-wall and frames is allowed.  Your overall decoration and display should showcase your brand's unique character and entice shoppers to explore what you have to offer.  Our customers are drawn to crafty, unique and beautiful displays.  Your success is directly correlated with the energy and creativity you put into your display.

How To Register As A Vendor  

  1. Add this item to your cart by clicking the red button above
  2. Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner
  3. Increase the quantity to add additional booth spaces.  For example if you would like a 10x20 booth please increase the quantity to 2, if you would like a 20x20 increase the quantity to 4.
  4. Continue with checkout as you would on any other website, your payment is your registration confirmation and secures your vendor space. 

 

Add-On Services:

Want a corner spot?  Corners are an additional $50 and the price will automatically populate when you select the booth number from the drop down menu.

Electricity is optional and additional, please add electricity to your order if you will need it at the event.  Click here to add electricity to your order.  Electricity is only available for booth numbers 64-79 and Under The Big Top Tent Vendors.

 

Vendor Set Up Information:

Vendors will be sent an email two weeks prior to the show outlining all set up times and information including a floor plan layout of the show and your booth assignment.  Set up is all day Friday generally from 1pm - 8pm.

 

 

 

 

Refunds are not given on vendor registration, if you need to cancel your registration you may 1: move your payment forward to another event or 2: sell your booth space to another vendor.
