Booth Registration - Nomad MKT - Spring, Texas - Saturday, October 13, 2018
This is an outdoor event with covered spaces and grass spaces. Note on the map booths #1-20 (white background) are on concrete floors with a tin roof pavilion (no walls); booths #21-62 (green background) are on grass with no cover - you can bring your own pop-up tent.
Nomad MKT is a traveling boutique market focusing on fashion forward clothing, accessories, home decor, furniture and more. Each market is unique in vendor selection and product mix; come shop our fabulous finds!

Please select your booth number from the drop down menu - there are two types of vendor spaces.
Pavilion - each numbered booth is a 10x10 and is on concrete floor and has a tin roof- if you would like a larger spot please add multiple to your cart - example if you would like a 10x20 please add 2 booths to cart then pay to register. $99 per 10x10
Grass - each numbered booth is a 10x10 and is on grass and is not covered - you can bring your own pop up tent - if you would like a larger spot please add multiple to your cart - example if you would like a 10x20 please add 2 booths to cart then pay to register. $59 per 10x10
Each booth is 10x10 - if you would like a larger booth please add multiple booths to cart.
If your desired booth says "SOLD OUT" then someone else has already registered for that booth, please select another booth number from the drop down menu.
Vendor spaces are taped to show booth boundaries - they are not draped - this is an open air market. Vendors are responsible for the merchandising, set up and take down of their own booth and display. Vendors may and are encouraged to transform their booth - the use of walls, grid-wall and frames is allowed. Your overall decoration and display should showcase your brand's unique character and entice shoppers to explore what you have to offer. Our customers are drawn to crafty, unique and beautiful displays. Your success is directly correlated with the energy and creativity you put into your display.
Electricity is NOT available at this event - you may bring your own power box.
Event Date: Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 10a-3p.
Vendor Set Up Information:
Vendors will be sent an email two weeks prior to the show outlining all set up times and information including a floor plan layout of the show and your booth assignment. Vendor set up will be starting at 7am on Saturday, October 13 and 7am - 9:30am and break down following the show at 3pm.
All booth registration and fees are non refundable - you may transfer your registration to another vendor with Nomad MKT approval - please email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval to transfer.
