Bring your own tent - outdoor space - these spaces are around the Big Top Tent.
Choose your booth number from the drop down menu - if you would like multiple booths/larger space add booths that are next to each other --- example for a 10x20 add booth number 3 and 4. If it says "sold out" that booth is already claimed by another vendor.
Electricity can be added to your booth if you need it for $60. Register for your booth first by adding this item to cart and checking out, then email email@example.com and request to add electricity. If we can accommodate you will be sent an invoice o add electricity to your order.

Vendor Set Up Information: vendor set up IS Friday February 23 from 11am - 8pm. You will have "drive - up" access to your booth meaning you can drive your vehicle directly up to your booth to unload. You can continue to set up on Saturday February 24 from 7a - 9:30a -- THERE IS NO DRIVE UP on Saturday - you will need to park in the vendor parking lot and carry/wheel/dolly your items into the event. There are NO exceptions to this rule - this is for the safety of our shoppers and to avoid parking issues.
Breakdown begins at 4 pm on Friday - and not before. Breaking down early will result in a ban on your participation in future events. We advertise the event to end at 4pm on Sunday. Customers do still arrive at 1, 2 and 3pm to enjoy the event. Early breakdown causes confusion and customers leave early thinking that all vendors are breaking down - not just you. Be sure to mark your calendar for the full weekend - if you do not wish to stay until the end of the show - please consider a different market.
Vendors will be sent an email two weeks prior to the show outlining all set up times and information including a floor plan layout of the show and your booth assignment.
Refunds are subject to approval by Big Top Vintage Market.
Vendor Space: refunds are subject to the following guidelines, refunds are processed within ten business days of the date you give written notice that would like a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only, no exceptions.
Refund requests received on or before December 1, 2017 - 100% refund granted
Refund requests received December 2, 2017 - January 15, 2018 - 50% refund granted
Refund requests received January 16 and after or the day of event or post event will not be granted -0% refund available
Add On Services: there are no refunds on add on services at any time.
Event Sponsor: there are no refunds on event sponsorship opportunities.
