Event Specifics:

Event Date: Saturday, October 21, 2017

Shopping Times: 10am - 5pm 

Setup Saturday, October 21 : 6am - 9:30am 

Breakdown Saturday: 5pm - 8pm or as needed


Booth Information:

All booths are 8x8 with the exception of booth 1, 2, 11 and 14 --- these are "L" shaped elbow booths which are three 8x8 booths together in the corner.

Tables - there are 4 tables located at the entrance of Pin It Expo these are 6 foot x 3 foot tables - they are not full booths - you may use the table for your display - you may not use any additional space around the table for display.


Being set up is considered checking in, at 9:00 am the floor will be walked, any vendors who have not set up/started setting up will be relocated to allow for other vendors to take your empty space.

Choose your booth by selecting the booth number from the drop down menu - the booth number corresponds to the booth numbers provided on the floor plan diagram - price may change depending on the booth you select (mainly for corner booths which are $50 more and "elbow booths" which are 192 square foot in the corner).


Booths are sold individually - if you would like a double or triple booth please add additional booths to cart.  Example: if you would like a 8x16 (double booth) add 2 side by side booths to cart - for example, add booth 23 and 24 to cart then check out.  



Vendor spaces are taped to show booth boundaries - they are not draped.  Vendors are responsible for the merchandising, set up and take down of their own booth and display.  Vendors may and are encouraged to transform their booth to simulate a "pop-up boutique store".  Your overall decoration and display should showcase your brand's unique character and entice shoppers to explore what you have to offer.

Please keep in mind this is event has been inspired by Pinterest and those who enjoy pinning.  Our customers are drawn to crafty, unique and beautiful displays.  Your success is directly correlated with the energy and creativity you put into your display.

This show is not juried, however, all vendor booths will be evaluated and noted the day of the event and may effect your eligibility to be approved as a vendor at a future Pin It event.

Vendors are responsible for brining their own chairs, tables, linens and other display items.


 Add-On Services:

Electricity is optional and additional, please add electricity to your order if you will need it at the event.  Click here to add electricity to your order.  Electricity will not be provided to those who have not pre-paid for electricity during registration.  You may not add electricity the day of the event. 


Lunch is not included in your registration as a vendor.  There is no on site resturant or food options, you may bring your own lunch or go to one of the near by fast food joints to bring food in.  For the most convenient lunch option please pre-order your lunch online here it will be provided by Jimmy John Sandwiches and it will be delivered to your booth around 12:30.


High speed WIFI will be FREE at the event for all vendors!  


Only one representative per company can register as a vendor - once a direct sales company has registered the company will no longer be available for any other independent representative to register.  Multiple vendors may be allowed per category; example: boutique.

Refunds are subject to approval by Pin It Expo.

Registration fees are non refundable, the value of your registration may be applied to future events at the discretion of Pin It Pop Up Markets - generally funds can be pushed forward one time, repeated needs to reschedule your event registration may be denied.

Add On Services: there are no refunds on add on services at any time.

Event Sponsor: there are no refunds on event sponsorship opportunities.
